Ewelina Paton

Ewelina has proven that true love isn’t found—it’s won. With the perfect mix of charm and determination, she made it absolutely impossible for Andrea to even imagine a future without her.

Andrea Marino

Andrea has never been a fan of half measures, so when fate tried to throw a wrench in his plans, what did he do? Obviously, he jumped on a plane to Norway, ready for yet another dramatic leap into the unknown—chasing Ewelina to the ends of the earth. Freezing cold, endless distances, and utterly unimpressed reindeer didn’t stop him. And this time? He was right. Mission accomplished!

September, 2016

That's how it all (seriously) started!

On an memorable evening at the 'Roundy', with Andrea trying his hand as a DJ (the reasons are still unclear today), an even more extraordinary event occurred. Apparently, his playlist had struck a chord with someone. That night, encouraged by a friend's sharp instincts Ewelina decided it was time to set her sights on him. What would happen in the following years is best left unsaid, but the joyful conclusion is certainly worth sharing with all.

A stadium-sized 'Yes' alongside Vasco

During a Vasco Rossi concert in Messina, an epic event was recorded, As the chords of 'Alba Chiara' filled the stadium, Andrea (beaten - by points, and by a lot, by anxiety) with his remaining strength, finds the courage to kneel down, and offer Ewelina not just a ring, but also an adventure for life. Captured by amateur videos and surrounded by a modest crowd of only 40,000 witnesses, their 'yes' was anything but a private.

Today

The cozy little haven

Today, their love sails the crystal-clear waters of Malta. Between arguments and reconciliations, Ewelina and Andrea renew their commitment to support each other every day. Malta is not just a backdrop for their love, but the vibrant setting where their ongoing story unfolds day by day.

From the first hello to the final goodbye.

Will you be attending?

If you wish and planning to attend, please let us know by clicking the following button and filling out the form!

Will you come from abroad and don't know how to get around in Sicily?

If you’re coming from outside Sicily, first things first, make yourself comfortable: tourist?

We’ve put together some accommodation and car rental options (if you need one), so you won’t have to mortgage your house to enjoy the trip.

And if you’re considering staying a few extra days to explore the island—great choice!

I’ve prepared a list of must-see places… unless you’re willing to risk having your passport revoked by an official decree. 😉

Not objects, but projects

It only takes a day to get marrined, but the best part starts afterward! If you want to be part of our journey, we have something to share with you...

ciao

Solidarity

One of our first decisions about the wedding?

To turn it into an event with a big heart, aiming to support charity projects where possible.

For example, when it came to small gifts (wedding favours) for our guests as a keepsake of this special day, we decided to choose solidarity favours from Emporio Rosso Melograno, an initiative by the Caritas Diocese of Caltanissetta.

📍 We support the local Sicilian economy, as the emporium promotes traditional craftsmanship and local products, creating a positive impact on the region.
📍 We contribute to humanitarian missions in Tanzania since part of the proceeds from these solidarity favours helps fund projects supporting the most vulnerable communities.
📍 We support initiatives for social inclusion and aid for families and individuals facing economic and social hardship.

And that’s not all! If there’s any leftover food from the reception, it won’t go to waste! We’ll donate it to those in need because a day of celebration can—and should—also be a day of sharing.
